I know what your first question is: Did you design the graphics on this site? I'll be honest.... no, I cheated. Those of you that know me probably know that I have far more fun making things work rather than making them look pretty. My goal was to create a content management system that doesn't require a bit of html at the time of document creation. That is what separates the web site builders from the application developers - anyone can learn to do the former.
Content Management
I currently use the Lotus Notes client to create all of my content. I simply pick the menu location, publish date and then start to yammer on as if I had something important to say. I am also working on the ability to create content via the web and blackberry. Every page is created dynamically based on the menu structure selected in the content item. For example, if I create a news item the front page is automatically updated with the new item appearing first.
Reviews
Those of you that know me also know that I LOVE to be a critic. I did spend a lot of time in this area creating a review system that allows the user to sort based on review date, personal review, rottentomatoes.com rating and title. I used a lot of AJAX and JSON to get this done - at some point I'll create some more info about this under the web development area.
Server
I've been working with Lotus Notes/Domino since (gulp) 1997. I've only been a developer for the last 7 or 8 years (some would say less). Anyway, Domino provides a tremendous platform for rapid application development. I'm using release 8.5 beta (which crashes every other hour) and it is hosted from my home. I'll also document this in the near future.

Drupal? Nope, never heard of it, although it does sound interesting from what I read on their site. I've only recently begun to play around with php - I was able to fudge Domino to get it to work with some of the php weather stuff that I found online.

Have you done any work with Drupal? I'm looking into it for both work and home web management.
