As you probably know, it seems that Whitney Houston spent the better part of the last two decades on bender with Bobby Brown. So what effect does that have on the body?
Click here for a (safe for work) pic. This won't work from the home page:
Holy S, when did Weezie Jefferson become a singer? I don't think Kevin Costner is coming back to hit that any time soon. Although the way his career is gone, you never know.
You can hear some of the awful audio below.
Yikes. I don't know what is scarier - her singing or the fact that grown men allowed themselves to be filmed while walking out of a Whitney Houston concert.

Thank you for the baby name suggestions that some of you have sent publicly and privately. I thought I'd share a little more information about the process beyond what I shared in
yesterday's blog
(which wasn't much).
We have kicked around the idea of naming the Pirate after a family member. Our problem is that we are somewhat limited. First, I'm trying to forget that my family still breathes the same air that I breathe. Second, Rebecca's father's name is Joseph. I think rule #1 when it comes to this process is that your kid shouldn't have the same name as someone famous.
Before we found out the gender we were kicking around boys and girls names. We agreed early on that if we found a name that we liked, we wouldn't rule that name out if one of us had dated someone by that name before. That's right - Jethro and Wilbur are still on the board.
We did actually have a name for a girl that fell into that category. I know that some of you that I used to date read this blog (note to wife: I forgot each and every one of them the minute I said 'I do'. Hopefully they will reintroduce themselves at some point) so you may wonder if you are that person. A little hint: if I never called the police on you, it isn't you.

As I mentioned the other day, we've been watching the History Channel's
America The Story of Us
docmentary (I think you can see whole episodes at that link). This past Sunday's episode mentioned the Donner Party's westward migration. If you're not familiar with the story... I won't ruin it for you.
Here
are the details at wikipedia.org.

You are far too kind, and we have put "One Eyed Willy" near the top of the baby names list.
